The Coffee Business service gives your organisation low cost calls and enhanced features by making your mobile phone an extension on your PBX, saving money and removing the inconvenience of managing two phones (with two phonebooks etcetera).

This is how it works...when you are out of the office you use your mobile phone just as you do now to make and receive calls and text messages; when you return to your office (or any office in your business that has a Coffee Business Zone installed) your mobile phone becomes a PBX extension so you can make and receive calls using your company's private numbering plan (typically a four to six digit number per extension). Calls to and from other extensions are carried over your company's existing voice infrastructure, free of charge.

The Coffee Business Service differs from the public-access Coffee Service in a number of respects:

• Coffee Business customers will be issued with new Coffee SIM cards.

• When users move outside the office, within the UK, calls will be carried by Coffee's outdoor network partner.

• Coffee Business users have only one mobile phone number, a Coffee Business number (associated with the Coffee SIM), whereas Coffee users have two mobile phone numbers...a Coffee number and an outdoor network number.
